The Eagle Group quality program was developed in-house by a volunteer employee committee. The committee members first received training in quality concepts by an outside entity; they then worked together with the aim of creating a program that would both meet the company’s needs for a system that would help us refine our internal processes and at the same time allow us to interface with many quality programs among our diverse customer base.
Our trained network of quality facilitators is in the midst of spreading the quality processes throughout the Eagle companies by means of an eight module self-teaching manual, which is reviewed in small group discussions as the employees are brought along in the processes. Upon completion of the training, each employee receives a certificate and lapel pin signifying their participation in the program.
